Presentation of the template of commitment letter. P. Laj is questionning the strong commitment about the 5 years engagment of doing long term data providing by NF regarding the available ressources that will need to be involved for that. Request modification of the terms of the commitments.

Question from a german: why NF should go through this commitment since the country already did it by proposing the facility? R: question of fundings. Country commits only supportingthe facilities but then facilities needs to commit haow they are going to arrange for the 5 yesr engagment.
