This document is written by students for prospects. The goal is to objectively answer commonly asked questions that are not covered by the official course page. Suggestions are welcome. It is currently being reworked, as some answers are a little dated. About ACS Is the course? A student's perception of hard will depend on their individual circumstances, such as with how much related experience they start the course, what are their study habits, etc. Generally, we can say that the course is not easy, but far from impossible to complete. The theory is superficial compared to a research university's computer science course, and makes it easier than that in this regard. However, because the course is focused on a very practical approach, you will have a lot of assignments to solve, often against tight deadlines, working both alone and in groups. To keep up with the material and complete your deliverables, you will probably have to study every day after your classes end.
