## Portal 申請口試

* 服務櫃台 -> 教務專區 -> 學籍/註冊 -> 學位考試申請
* 填完之後，還能修改

* 「上傳檔案」注意事項：
* 一、請依序檢附下列備審文件：
* 指導教授推薦函【已簽署】。(同系上要求)
* 論文提要。
* 論文相似度比對報告電子回條。(同系上要求)
* 系所規定審核文件。(同系上要求)
* 論文初稿。
* 並將所有文件合併成一個 pdf 檔案。
* 二、上傳檔案並送審。
* ※ 如需更新檔案，請重新上傳檔案。
* ※ 送出前請確認已上傳的檔案，送出後不可修改。

1. 指導教授推薦函 Advisor’s Recommendation
* 這個先去Portal申請口試，即可取得(**要老師簽名**)
2. 論文初稿與摘要 The draft and abstract of the thesis

3. 學術倫理課程通過證明 Certificate of academic ethics course approval

4. 論文比對電子回條 Digital receipt of paper comparison

5. 若有以下情形，請下載表格填寫後視為備審文件合併上傳。
* 校外口委提聘標準，nas上有中科院範例(**要老師簽名**)
