## What is the Community Growth & Activation POD?

CGA POD is a working group of GnarsDAO dedicated to :

> **A**. Grow GnarsDAO Community
>
> **B**.Educate, connect and support Gnars members on becoming "Active" and contribute toward the key goals and purpose of the DAO.

CGA POD looks after to Acquisition and Activation pha:


CGA exists to contribute to acquire new members and allow them moving (when possible, feasible and meaningful) from being a indirect to direct contributor to the DAO.

Higher is the number of "Active Members" higher is the success of the DAO.

## What are the key goal of the POD?

- Grow GnarsDAO online community
- Facilitate connection between members of the community
- Educate and Support new members (across profiles) about GnarsDAO and facilitate their activation over time
- Coordinate the Growth of IRL Meetup and Ambassador Network
- Collaborate with Athlete Supports POD to support new athletes submitting proposals
- Collaborate with Gnars Media Team to create content and media experience for GnarsDAO brand awareness

## What are the CGA Pod KPIs?

Activation can be measured as suggested below :

1.Number of New Community Members (Community Members + DAO Members)
2.Number of Active Community Members
3. Number of Retained Members
4.Number of Proposals (Athletes / Content Creators / Artists)

**Activation is measured via** :

1. Discord Actvity :
- Number of Active Discord Members (New Memer)
- Number of Visitors
- Number of Communicators

2. Partecipation Level = Number of Unique Voters per Months / Number of Proposals per Month

3. IRL index Level = Number of New Meetup / Total Number of Meetups
