# SwingU Academies On-Boarding - Craig Piscopink

## Task Summary

Welcome to SwingU Academies. Below is an outline of the number of days it will take to launch your application without any blockers or interruptions. This end date can change if anything is delayed by client or SwingU and will be updated accordingly throughout the project.

It is important to understand that every delay adds the same amount of time to the release date of the project.

Example: Setting up Developer account is slated for the second piece of the schedule with 7 days allotted to complete. If that process goes 14 days, then 7 additional days will be added to the end date of the project.

So, if start date was 1/1/2021 and end date was 2/1/2021, the new end date would move to 2/8/2021.
