# SwingU Academies On-Boarding - Rick Strickland

## Task Summary

Welcome to SwingU Acadamies. Below is an outline of the number of days it will take to launch your application without any blockers or interruptions. This end date can change if anything is delayed by client or SwingU and will be updated accordingly throughout the project.

It is important to understand that every delay adds the same amount of time to the release date of the project.

Example: Setting up Developer account is slated for the second piece of the schedule with 7 days allotted to complete. If that process goes 14 days, then 7 additional days will be added to the end date of the project.

So, if start date was 1/1/2021 and end date was 2/1/2021, the new end date would move to 2/8/2021.

### Summary of Schedule shown above:

* **On-Boarding** - Project Kick-off, Discuss next steps, Plan for Branding, etc..
* **Client Reliant Items** - What we need from your team - Branding Content (Logo, Color Scheme, Module Selection), Developer Account Setup, Videos for Library, etc..
* **Success Team and Client App Review** - App built and reviewed by SwingU CSM team and client to make sure it meets expectations and get signoff
* **QA Review** - Functional Review
* **App Market Prep** - Prepare the store for the app push
* **App Market Review** - Send app in for review with developer markets
* **Release** - App push live on market, discuss Press release, Marketing for client base

## Additional Notes

**3/9/21** - Rick has asked to change the Logo and Color Scheme for the app. He will be providing that information along with a splash screen requested by Design. Once we have these we will be able to provide a mock-up. - **AW**
**3/29/21** - Rick scheduled an online call to discuss the integration of SportTrace technology into his app
**4/7/21** - Testflight is out. Still waiting on video content

On the call Rick confirmed the following modules:
**Forum (Tribe), Library, Training (Online/Virtual)**

Need to determine the final module for the main tab and anything that is going to go into the More tab - Including Links, Locker, Affiliation Sales, etc...

Rick has provided a Logo for use - need to confirm if the color scheme of the app will mirror the logo (Black and White).

Need to determine placement of the E-Book when ready. Will it be audio at all or all text? If audio we can include within the Library with the drills as its own category. If text only, we will determine best placement in the app - possibly tie out as the final module on the main module area.

Has a developer account will need to include SwingU team to Users as Admins.
