Living or Studying Outside Mainland China 1. You have an American Green Card. 您持有美国绿卡。 2. You have a work visa and have stayed over 1 year outside Mainland China. 您持有工作签证并在中国以外居住超过一年。 3. You are an international student living outside Mainland China. 您是国际学生并在中国外居住。 Please contact and apply for a visa at the Taipei Representative Office in your region. ## Russian Russian attendees should apply before **July 12, 2024**.
