# Robotics 2024
## Timeline:
* **Phase1** Jan 12th to begining of Ramadan
* **Phase2** April (after eid) to June (before exams)
* **Phase3** Aug 1 till competition time
## Classes
### Level 1 : Experienced
**Students**: Hamza, Younos and Modo
**Location**: Haytham's . Abdalla G to investigate moving the class to MAPS.
**Time**: Friday 7:30pm
**Curriculum**: Implement one of the existing solutions that gets the maximum number of points.
**Instructors**: Abdalla G, Ibrahim, Haytham, Saber, Mahmoud and Hussein
### Level 2 : Familiar
**Students**: Belal Futuh, Belal Ahmed, Yahya and Yaseen
**Location**: Haytham's . If total number of students @ Haytham's exceeds 6, we will open a new location @ Meneesi's.
**Time**: Friday 7:30pm
**Curriculum**: Solve missions one by one using simple attachments. 1 Mission per run.
**Instructors**: Abdalla G, Ibrahim, Haytham, Saber, Mahmoud and Hussein
### Level 3 : Beginner
**Students**: Moaz, Zayd, Yousof, Adam Hassan, Adam Hussein
**Location**: MAPS
**Time**: Friday 7:15pm
**Curriculum**: 2022 CMU curriculum with simulator based exercises.
**Main Instructor**: Ahmed Mohamed
**Assistant Instructors**: Meneesi and Ahmed Hassan
## Materials and Allocation
* Maximum number of students per location is 6
* Maximum students per robot is 3.
* We will order a second robot for our main locations (currently Haytham's)
## New students
* Approached by Talaat Hanafy and Mohamed Saber. We can start a new class for them. Abdalla G to coordinate
* Approached by Ayman and Mahmoud Bishr. Haytham shared material. Ayman will be an instructor. Abdalla G to reach out to Ayman to share material and coordinate.
* There is a mentoring opportunity from Yousof Hanafy a UW CS Grad with FRC experience. Abdalla G is to reach out and invite.
* Meneesi to reach out to Azhary to reinvite Mohamed (Level 2 class)
* Abdalla G to reach out to Bassyiouny to reinvite Omar (Level 3 class)
# Finances
* We will share 2023 cost in a Splitwise. Haytham to create and add all.
* New robots and their cost will be in a new session.
