# I can't connect my Activision Id > This is one of the main pieces of our automatic resolution system, we use your unique identifier in Activision in order to get the results of your games. :video_game: > :arrow_down: Let's check what's wrong :arrow_down: ## Where do I find my Activision Id? :point_right: https://s.activision.com/activision/profile :point_right: Once in the profile page go to ==**Basic Info**==. ![](https://i.imgur.com/p9Oc7a2.png) > Make sure that you are using the Activision Id from "Personal Information" screen. > Linked accounts screen provides a differents Ids for every linked account. ## My Activision Id is correct but still failing. Sometimes is not about you have a typo in your Activision Id, is about permission settings.
