- Failed HDD Seagate what cause Disk Utility hanging.
- Slow work of SSD drive (50-220 MB/s instead 350-550), probably because TRIM not enabled.
- Overall hardware are still good for all usual office tasks.
- Benchmark snow a bit degraded performance (-10%)

- disconnect and remove faulty HDD
- enabble TRIM and execute trimming unused blocks (fsck -fy in single user mode)
- cleanup of obsolete or unused application and caches

- Relatively slow system disk (HDD).
- Oudated OS X El Capitan.
- The overall condition of the system is good.
