## 3. Metagov Presentation

* 501c(3) (non-profit) in the US

* Building standards and infrastructure for digital self-governance; very active in Web3 space: https://github.com/metagov/daostar/blob/main/DAOIPs/daoip-5.md
* DAOStars is a focused Web3 standard building subsidiary of Metagov
* Submitted large grant for grants innovation
* Two main purposes: Research and technical standards
* Grant would also go to reach out to groups and receive feedback on technical standards; create more shared infrastructure to support granting (e.g. Gitcoin and Optimism)
* Research sits under Metagov parent org, but bulk of building would go to DAO Stars; Metagov takes 10% overhead to support operations
* Planning to hold "Web3 Grants Summit" at EthDenver

## 4. Giveth Presentation

* Working on ENS sponsored QF round on Giveth

* Would like ENS community to give feedback on what projects would like to see
* Take feedback from 1st round and apply to 2nd round

Applied for ENS Large Grant
* Currently can only run one QF round at a time, would like to run multiple at the same time like Gitcoin
* Requesting funding to build out grants and run multiple rounds at the same time

* Independent entity from BanklessDAO and BanklessHQ
* Help digital citizens build digital footprint, become a sovereign individual
* Host lessons such as creating first wallet and onboarding to Optimism
* End lessons with onchain quests which give user a badge
* Distributed over 11k badges
* Want to integrate ENS more into learning platform as users use ENS
* Ideas include quest to register an ENS and set primary name
* Recommendation: Pitch to ecosystem to extend reach of ENS
