簡單好執行的方法: 以 "蔬菜:蛋白質:碳水 = 2:1:1" 比例來吃,
多吃原型食物,吃到有飽足感。
如果飲食控制和運動後,沒有顯著效果,可以考慮尋求專業協助,
可能跟壓力或是激素分泌有關。
減重目的
減去多餘的白色脂肪組織,讓他變小(分解脂肪)或是去除(抽脂)脂肪合成:RE(脂肪酸重新脂化, re-esterification)
