Menu order is this one:

Employee expenses
- [x] replace the copy from /en-eu/expenses/employee-expenses/
- [x] save the old copy in a draft for Ade
- [x] add to the menu

Travel and expenses - /en-eu/expenses/
- [x] take it out from the menu
- [x] add the new page - The EU version of Business travel expenses
- [x] new menu name will be "Business travel expenses"
- [x] new link will be /en-eu/business-travel-expenses/

Company spending - /en-eu/company-spending-2/
- [x] stays the same - copy to be updated with the new one
- [x] I am not sure about the URL, but there is a redirect in place. we will see. I suggest to not change it for now

Team and project spending
- [x] this is a new page and is the EU version of the GB one
- [x] Menu name 'Team and Project spending'
- [x] Link en-eu/projects-and-teams/

Petty cash - /en-eu/petty-cash/ --> stays the same - new copy to be added

Fuel expenses - /en-eu/expenses/fuel-expenses-2/
- [x] take it out from the menu
- [x] add the new page - The EU version of Mobility expenses
- [x] new menu name will be "Mobility management"
- [x] new link will be /en-eu/mobility-expenses

One-off purchases
- [x] take it out from the menu

Subscription management
- [x] take it out from the menu
- [x] add redirect /en-eu/subscription-management/ -> /en-eu/company-spending-2/

Marketing spend
- [x] take it out from the menu
- [x] add redirect /en-eu/marketing-spend/ ->/en-eu/company-spending-2/
