# Conversations
## Send Messages
The following section contains information that relates directly to [creating](https://) and [answering](https://) messages.

Before you can send messages, you’ll need to [sign up for BeeOpen](https://) account, [create a contact list](https://) and filled out the [basic customer information](https://).

Once you've signed up and created the contact list, head over to the [Sidebar Menu](https://) and select [Conversations](https://).

To choose the contact you would like to stat conversation with click on the contact name in the contact list on the right side of the page or type the contact name in the [Search box](https://).

Once you clicked the contact name a [contact work space](https://) opens on the right side of the page where you can see a [chat section](https://) and a [business info section](https://).

New messages which are not replyed yet are marked with an icon "?" in the red circle near the contact name.

To start conversation or to answer the message just click on the contact name and start typing the message in the chat box.

After the message is replied the read circle with the "?" icon will be changed to the green circle with no icon in it.
