1. 978-986-477-101-3 1. 978-957-136-792-7 1. 978-986-931-045-9 ### 利用 OpenofficeClac 進行計算 利用紙筆,或是電腦內附的小算盤進行上面的計算會非常的繁瑣,因此我們可以利用 OpenOffice.org 這一套軟體中的 Calc 來簡化計算。 一般人常用的 MS Excel 與 Calc 功能相同,但 Excel 你需要花錢購買,而 Calc 可以任意使用,不需要任何費用。因此我們利用 Calc 進行教學,你家裡如果有 Excel,可以把學到的方法利用 Excel 進行計算。 ### 簡單介紹 Calc 的使用方法: 1. 如果一個格子以『=』開頭,表示要進行計算 2. Calc 依照第幾直欄與第幾橫列進行定位 3. 拉動格子右下方的小黑塊,可以快速複製 Calc 的資料與公式 4. 利用『:』表示範圍。比方說『D1:D9』表示從 D1 到 D9 這 9 格的資料 ### Calc 幾個常用的功能: 1. sum:可以加總一個範圍的數字。比方 =sum(d1:d9) 可以將 d1 到 d9 這個範圍裡的數字加總。 2. mod:求餘數,使用方式為 =mod(被除數 ; 除數),記得在被除數及除數之間要加上分號 (;),在 Excel 是加上逗號 (,),這是兩者不同之處。 3. if: **=if(條件; 條件符合就執行這裡; 條件不合執行這裡)** 。 舉例來說要檢查 d9 這個格子裡的數字是奇數或偶數,我們可以將數字除以 2 求餘數,餘數為 0 就是偶數;否則為奇數。在 Calc 中可以這麼寫: =if(mod(d9 ; 2)=0; "偶數";
