--- title: "HENNGE GIP 面試記錄" description: "HENNGE GIP (Global Internship Program) Full Stack Engineering Pathway Interview" date: "2025-11-04" category: "筆記" --- # 實習計畫簡介 * 地點: 東京澀谷 * 時長: 4~6週 * 提供來回機票、醫療保險、簽證補助(非工作簽) * 無薪水，但有補助15萬日圓 實習有分Full Stack和Front-end，職缺和時段沒了就會關閉 [詳細資訊](https://recruit.hennge.com/en/gip/) # 流程 整個走下來大概一個月左右，不知道是不是年底比較快，我看網路上其他人的心得都說沒上等結果浪費很多時間，但我這邊都是滿快就收到反饋 * D+0 投CV&CL * D+2 面試邀請 (我選的時間比較後面) * D+17 Casual interview * D+21 第二次面試邀請 (可以選的日子幾乎都是一個星期後) * D+32 Final interview * D+36 Offer get ## Coding challenge 將Email提供給它們後，會收到一封Email附上Coding challenge 的連結，題目不難，提交方式滿有趣的，就不暴雷了。 但要注意，文件要認真看，真的。 ## CV&CL 做完Coding test之後，會收到一個連結，可以提交自己的CV、CL，另外還要附上LinkedIn或Portfolio。 HENNGE官網有稍微教怎麼寫Cover letter，特別要注意的點是**HENNGE**要全大寫，盡量把自己的動機和符合的特質都寫進去，不要用通用的Cover letter [Demystifying HENNGE’s Hiring Process: Everything Potential Applicants Need to Know](https://hennge.com/global/info/henka/interview/202406-demystifying_hennges_hiring_process/) ## Casual interview 一開始先閒話家常，問問天氣之類的，我說有個颱風剛過去，面試官說他有聽說，他也是台灣人(不知道是巧合還是特別安排)，也是GIP出生的 聊完就開始自我介紹了 ### 問題 * Self-Introduction * Why do you want to work in Japan? * Tell me about a challenge you encoutered recently * Where did you find this internship? * Introduce a project that you have completed * Tell me about an experience you've had working in a team * What are your career plans for the future? 還問了很多跟我專案、實習、開源貢獻相關的問題 我也整理了我在Glassdoor上面看到的問題，可以參考看看 :::spoiler 其他人遇過的問題 * Do you use linux? * What is your favorite IDE? * How do you transfer big dataset to your co-worker? * Tell me about a challenge you encoutered * Why do you want to work in Japan? * Why do you want to join the company as an intern * Are you willing to join the company after graduation or work first and continue education later? * What do you think of our company culture * What are your strengths and weaknesses? * What stands out to you about HENNGE? * Why are you interested about this opportunity * Tell me about some project that you have completed * Tell us about a time where you led your team during a project. * How would you describe yourself? * What is the project that you are proud of? * How did you approach this problem? (based on a situation you described before) * Why do you want to work at HENNGE? * What do you want to see there? * Describe your previous work experience? * Your biggest achievement? ::: ## Final interview 這次我選了最快能面試的時間，但也是一個星期後的星期四，由於有了前車之鑑，這次我沒有太早開始準備，結果拖到前一晚才開始準備，因為我第一次準備面試的時候準備了滿多內容，所以這次準備才比較從容 等了好久，面試的日子終於到了，這次也是早上11:30開始面試，學乖的我，11:27才進去等待直播開始，有點忘記是不是11:30準時開始了，不是很重要 ### 問題 這次是technical interview，面試官有兩位 分成兩個部分，最後會留大概5~10分鐘的提問環節。 第一部分是關於背景、過去的工作經驗；第二部分比較偏向技術層面。 #### 第一部分 * Self-Introduction * What make you first interested in Japan? * Can you tell me more about your time in university? * What are your favorite classes? * Are you planing on getting a master's degree in the future? * What are your strengths and weaknesses? * How would your closest friend describe you? * Quick summary of my current work * What has your role in this company been during that time? * Have you tackled small features or is your internship about building up a larger feature? * What did you learn from the experience of working * How do you plan to apply the things that you learned going forward? * Did you notice any differences working on a team for your capstone project versus working in an internship setting? * Any lessons you've learned from your internship that you want to take back to university? #### 第二部分 * Can you let us know how you got into programming in the first place? * What programming languages you are experienced in? * Can you tell us a program you've written in any of the language that you mentioned before? * So it seems like the project is currently accessible, right? Deployed somewhere. Where do you deploy it? * Can you tell us about a particular technical decision that you made while working on any of these projects? * Hve you used any cloud computing service like AWS or Google Cloud Platform before? * Ask some questions about the [Coding challenge](#Coding-challenge) * How many RFCs did you read? * Can you tell us what do you have in mind for your career. * Do you have a preference of countries that you want to work in?
