Roblox launches then fails to present UI or do anything after initialization/bootstrapping.
I dumped the contents and couldn't find anything useful for me to attempt to try.
The steps I've taken
1) Reinstalled Roblox
2) Ensured my AV (Windows Security) wasn't blocking roblox for some reason (whitelisted it in AppData)
3) Ensured my Firewall (Modem & Windows) wasn't blocking Roblox
4) Disabled my Modem Firewall (stupid ik but it didnt do anything):
5) Deleted the entire roblox folder in AppData and reinstalled
6) Cleared Temp/Cache/PreFetch then relaunched
7) Repeated step 3 but instead deleted the AppData folder
8) Verified all my drivers were up-to-date
9) Made sure i wasn't mentally insane
10) Cycled IP and attempted again (Windstream provides Dynamic IP and I don't have a hostname on my Network but one day will)
11) Dumped the file
Before dumping the file, I went to grab a snack (cheezits to be exact) and got a couldn't authenticate error message (which is provided)
Whilst installing I reinstalling, **MULTIPLE** of the same instance started (which shouldn't happen?)
When attempting to launch a game

After it starts its boostrap/initialization

Memory as well

The Error Message

The window does never appear **ANYWHERE** (i do **NOT**) have any other
