**Proposal for temporary residence of the GM BUS at neighborhood zero in Austin Texas.**

This proposal explores the feasibility of parking the GM BUS on site for an extended period in exchange for a split of rental revenue.

The GM BUS is a fully renovated Mercedes Sprinter with space to comfortably house 2, tightly 3 humans.

Shower, Kitchen, Bedding, and Work Stations all included.

Ideal for those who want to come to neighborhood zero, but also have some wheels while in town.

The bus could be parked for a season in Nightborhood zero and/or listed as an airbnb experience for additional revenue or to expose people outside the "crypto bubble" to the happenings at Cabin.

### Revenue Portion

Starting off at a 60/40 revenue split with Cabin Community taking on the cleaning, listing and maintance of the bus for any / all guests who stay.

GM BUS community will maintain the insurance policy as well as any major mechanical repairs that are not incurred by user error.

The bus needs to net at least $2500 per month in order maintain the regular rate of rental that would be received locally.

### Benefit to Cabin

As well as being able to give people a unique experience on property it allows for an extension of the grounds to folks who want to explore Austin and the surrounding areas.

Other benefits are that Cabin logos will be incorporated into the new design each season, along with the attendance of an event of your choosing in the continental United States.
