Temporary Uses/Events Type 1 (Minor) Temporary Uses In the future, switch to "Employee Housing". This would allow 5 detached structures other than the main house on a permanent basis and could be rented on a "long-term" basis to employees of the business running other rental/events properties. There's no code on how many guests employees may have over at one time that i can find. Purchase 40 acres and start a "Campground", "Campground Resort", or "Campground Long-term Rental" that the employees run, who are housed on "Employee Housing" property. The "Capmground" option allows for the most flexibility imho.
