# 整天上課，Nanotech 跟 Innovation & Enterpreneurship 有關？ ### 有趣體驗 今天的課堂比較不同，主要是在講 make your innovative ideas become reality，很有趣。雖然一開始看到這個題目我沒有很有興趣，但還是看看教授今天想要說什麼。 一開始就是背景介紹，講一下工業革命，從第 1 次講到第 4 次，個別發展什麼，使用什麼能源。再來就是一些產品的形成， 從 Research $\rightarrow$ Development $\rightarrow$ Production $\rightarrow$ Market 整體來說，大概就是以客戶為導向的創新想法，並以實際的科技手段，來解決、製造客戶需要的產品。當然產品並不只是簡單的一個東西，也有可能是一個方式、一個服務。這就讓我想到大四下，我在通訊系胡誌麟老師的物聯網技術課程做了一份專題，叫做地震應急物聯網模組。期間老師也一直對我們說創業的想法：做什麼服務？服務幫助的對象是誰？會需要什麼元素？最後才是怎麼做出來？ 有趣的是，這些東西在今天驗證了，教授就是這麼說的，講到一個核心概念：NABC * **N**eeds * **A**pproach * **B**enefits * **C**ompetition 照著這樣的順序來，一步一步走。 當然，除此之外， **Trustable** 也很重要。 另一方面，教授在課堂的尾段將我們分為 4 個 cluster，我想說我只有在修材料電化學才有看到這個專有名詞——團簇，反正就是一坨一坨的東西，但這裡應該指的是一個產業的集群。 參考：https://www.burlingtonnc.gov/2461/What-are-Industry-Clusters 總之，6 個人一個 cluster，每個人都有自己的角色： * Regional government representative (policy maker): 大陸同學 * Entrepreneur: Mark * Industry: Balaji * Journalist in local newspaper: Fairuz * Investor: 我 * Customer reprentaitve: 另外加入的小哥 蠻好玩的，就是各組上台介紹自己的產品，怎麼跟 Nanotech 結合。我們這組是以點吉他來做主題，加上 PLC 、晶片之類的東西，然後 Journalist 會問我們問題，根據自己的角色講出為什麼這樣做。所以我大概就屁話一下， - Journalist: Why you invest this company? - ME: First of all, there are few competitors in this industry. You know, I think no one produce this kinds of product. Also, I invest in a lot of companies that make chips or related company. By the way, Mark is my friend. We're old friends. I believe they can make profits in 2 years. And generally speaking, there are many people wants to play music easily here. So,why not? - Journalist: How can you do for this cause you're from 華為, which only makes a lot of electronic device. But why you are going to this field? - ME: This is our first step in this industry and we make this step firstly and Mark will do everything.
