# Agenda for Feb. 6th, 2024 at 9:30 US Central (15:30 UTC) - Q/A ### Attendees - Matthew Cawood (TACC) - Robert McLay (TACC) - Lev Gorenstein (Globus, UChicago) ### Notes - Issue #679: Dynamic $LMOD_MODULERC. There was a question about conflicts. - Namely that would apply to future load. Something that does not happen now. - I propose having a variable named say LMOD_PERMINANT_CONFLICT - This would make conflict apply downstream. - Issue #680: Honor MODULES_AUTO_HANDLING - Setting this variable would make prereq() -> depends_on() - What about prereq_any() -> depends_on_any() ? - Issue #684: spider json fails to mark modules as hidden - Still working on that one - Issue #685:Is there an internal limit on the length of DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH for lmod/lua? - Could not reproduce. Think that it is a bug in older Mac OS - Issue #686: module.1 man page is not in the man format: - Not happening soon. Rather remove module.1 than fix it. - Not maintaining lmod.readthedocs.io and module.1 - Would have to be dynamic with something like module --man - Issue #667: Sent to Kenneth for testing. - Can wiki notes be reversed? - Next Meeting March 5th -
