## Project Description

There is no proper way to handle notifications without compromising user privacy. If you want to receive updates on a dApp you need to give your email or phone number to receive notifications linking your Ethereum address to personal information.

**Meta Notifications** is a standardized way to handle push notifications. DApp owners create a subscription list that can share with users interested in receiving notifications. Every time a user receives a notification a **PUSH** token is handled which is backed by 0.005 **DAI** to prevent spam and as an incentive for users to subscribe to lists.

Users are required to burn a minimal amount of PUSH tokens to receive the equivalent in DAI. **While DAI is idle waiting to be redeemed by users, it's stored as rDAI and generates interest to owners of the Meta Notification contract as a way to incentive maintainers.** (Or a DAO in the future 😉)
