# **State of Plainside Development Director, Moderation Director, and Community Manager Rules** **As LSM's within the State of Plainside you are considered all department heads but, this does not make you exempt from the handbook and you will be punished for violating it if done.** # **Article 1 - Understanding your position and it's duties** **The position you hold as LSM's within the State of Plainside is crucial to those individual departmens success. We will overview what each LSM position does now.** * **Community Manager - The Community Manager manages the whole community and serves at the members of Leadership's pleasure.** * **Moderation Director - The Moderation Director is in charge of the Moderation Division, the Moderation Division holds all rule enforcement officers. The Moderation Director is in charge of all members of this division and shall execute their profession successfully.** * **Development Director - The Development Director is the manager of the Development Division, they're in charge of all development officers within. They also handle and process all creations from each developer ensuring they're fit for insert within the actual game.** # **Article 2 - Punishments** **As mentioned before in the introduction, you are not exempt to punishments. Both the Moderation Director and Development Director are lead by the Community Manager. The Community Manager however, is lead by Leadership Members. If for some reason the Moderation Director or Development Director fail to execute their position correctly or abuse their position, they will be punished accordingly by the Community Manager. If the Community Manager is found to be abusing their position or failing to execute it correctly and efficiently, they will also be punished by their leader: The Leadership Team.** # **Article 3 - Terminations and Immediate Appointments** **In the event a Moderation Director, Develpment Director, or Community Manager is terminated for whatever reason, they will then be replaced. If the Moderation Director is terminated then and only then will Leadership have control over the Moderation division until they can appoint a new director. Once a new director is appointed, Leadership will lose control over the Moderation division as there would then be no reason to need control. This goes the same for the ranks of Development Director and Community Mnaager.** # **Article 4 - Personal Slot Assigning** **As LSM's you're entitled to 3 personal slots.** # **Article 5 - Department Disrespect** **When and if a director and it's division members disrespect another division, the Community Manager will then be obligated to suspend and/or terminate the division member/director(s) disrespecting.**
