# 在 Ubuntu 安裝 ISE 與使用 Basys 2 開發版

## 安裝過程：

1. 安裝虛擬機

2. 安裝 ISE

3. 安裝驅動

## Virtual Machine

* 用 [VMware](https://www.vmware.com/tw/products/workstation-player/workstation-player-evaluation.html) 安裝 [Ubuntu](https://www.ubuntu-tw.org/modules/tinyd0/) 虛擬機。

* Ubuntu 的版本必須為 18.04。

* 注意空間要預留至少 30GB 以上(含系統)

* 記得要進 BIOS 開啟 CPU 的虛擬化功能，才能順利使用虛擬機。根據主機板的不同，有不同的路徑。大致上的路徑為 BIOS → Advanced → CPU configuration → Virtual Technology。

## Basys 2

安裝 Basys 2 驅動教學影片：

* 只需要 Digilent adept utilities 和  Digilent adept runtime 兩個驅動。

* 若安裝順利，將板子接上電腦，若使用 `djtgcfg enum` 無回報錯誤即安裝完成。

* 若遇到了問題，請繼續往下看。

## 可能會遇到問題

1. VMware 讀不到 FPGA：VMware → Virtual Machine Settings → USB Controller → USB Compatibility → 設成 USB 3.1


2\. 執行 `djtgcfg enum` 遇到 libstdc++.so.6 缺少 GLIBCXX_3.4.21… 的[解決辦法](https://www.imqianduan.com/linux/gcc-update-libstdc.html)
