# Argumentative essay - Online gambling ads ## Why online gambling ads should not be ban ? The growing number of online casinos has pushed the various European countries to take an interest in its legislation, in particular advertising. In my opinion, gambling adverstising must not be ban but controlled. I believe as a liberan person that everybody is the master of oneself and therefore should be able to play online money game. That is why I think gamblings ads shouldn't be banned. Some may argue that it will increase the risk of adiction but it's the same situation for traditionals casinos. Furthermore, if we allow ads it will guide people to trustworthy sites where they will not be ripped of in contrary as the black market. In addition, with legal sites the state can take taxes and control them. Some people might suggest that it will encourage young people to bet and being indebted. I agreed with that statement and that's why I suggest to ensure that gambling ads do not have particular appeal to under 18s. For example the ads must be shown at apropriate time in the evening and must show adult-looking people (over 30). In conclusion, gambling company in Europe face a unique set of challenges when it comes to gambling advertising.
