Add title with one # on line 1

Go to fireflies.ai notebook, get next meeting recording

use timestamp for note title

Notice there's sections of notes

Click copy at corner to copy note text

the markdown doesn't copy over, need to clean up

Add headers to each section

Hold ctrl + shift, drag down to multi-line select each line and add a dash

repeat for all 4 sections

go to 3 dots on top right, click note settings

make sure title is good, then add a tag like omi to stay organized in hackmd
