- (jin) How to become value aligned in regards to proposal
- mf goal to be a factory producing other factories... aspire towards setting up case studies for other dao's
- maybe create valueless m3 token? m3 treasury which holds NFTs
- we want land in different virutal worlds. avatar nft's. anything we touch becomes more "metaverse-y"
- create something of a studio owned by the users themselves -- document the journey to achieving this with a lot of content variety
- token drops to accompany as well to attract a lot of attention; apply MF model to other drops that are digital native
- can mf act as a proxy and build bridges?

- jin asks if we are competing with them
- metadreamer brings up having them potentially fund stuff we do
- what connections do we have to make this happen
- drew: are they gonna be another walled garden metaverse or will it be open and shared?
- drew: putting a proposal in thru m3 -- holding them accountable thru proposal. hold them to their claims
- jin: land sale to generate money (yuga labs)?
- metadreamer: community is extrinsically motivated -- all they care about is apes mooning. it doesnt feel like they are gointng to actively build it, rather that they will fund it thru clout leveraging
- jin: their literal slides were built around clout leveraging
- drew: if they actually are building towards interop we can hold their feet to the fire and see how true they are. we're going to do this anyway, maybe we can get them to buy in

- metadreamer: one thing to align with ethos and another to align with tech as well
- jin: creating of "narrative blockchain"
- drew: very excited here becuase we are in a place with this where value can extend well beyond MF

### m3 discussion
- jin: what is cleanest way to do m3 token
- metadreamer: same way MF did it. track who does what -- do retroactive contributions to contributors and MF
- drew: vr crew closest to reality of being revenue generated in and of itself. keep eye on the prize. a lot of groups won't be suited for work beyond MF but this one will def go outside of MF scope. keep MF involved in growth and success = no problems to expand beyond
- jin: building metaversy network state in a way
- drew: that should def be one of the higher goals. always keeping ... when does our own token emerge. how does it support partners or patrons? that will be a big piece of M3's work
- jin: future rewards for past contributors. how do we balance loop of networks? alginment in meta-"galaxy" chain that goes back to meta cartel
- drew: this kind of happened with meta cartel but never really formalized
- jin: m3 kind of a hub in dao town -- really in the middle of it. we have virtual world representation of that
- drew: for now main proposal should focus on production goals. touching on some of the vision will be okay but keep eyes on the prize. this is unique to m3 right now becasue you are further along in where you are in the space. most other working groups will focus on immediate, this will be build to vision
- drew: we want to lean in to webaverse vision as well
