- will: explaining onboarding, pointed out form to fill out listing interests, skills, etc.
- steve: explaining flexibility of bringing value to metafactory. doesn't necessarily have to come from a working group people can bring anything of value and if it's dope it'll get compensated
- brent: still unclear on how to jump in without past context
- will: focus on what value can you bring the most of. we can get better at project management

- ops team got together to talk token utility this week.
- adapting process that relies heavily on notion to not be so notion dependent

- tracking who worked on which drops -- ties into rewards. jin has made good progress on file formats, converting, consolidating
- wearables -- not really at the place where it works everywhere (initially). more so for builders who are willing to put in a bit more manual effort to adjust files, convert them, or use them. we will create documentation about how to make the most of the wearables

- a lot of community infrastructure being built out on top. creating and equipping to avatars. creating documentation and templates
- internal documentation on creating wearables in an order that can be streamlined, conversion to different file formats for different platforms, etc.

- auditing and reviewing of contract this week ... we are much closer to NFTs than ever. big push from group to get everything going. big props to vr team and wearables team

- launching a series of bankless drops. in berlin we setup bankless cal. first drop tomorrow. it is a hand croched hat made by multi generational collective in shang hai. comes from cory who is driving bankless cal
- we are doing all custom cut and sew. very adament about giving content and backstory to the items.
- we dont just want to bring cut and sew, we also want to do pre sale. requires that we have very reliable production partners who can take an order and produce it in a couple of weeks

- steve: we haven't but it was dope

- i've been looking at crypto merch for awhile -- this is why metafactory excites me
- everyone's merch is getting better. the effort and quality -- its almost too much merch. the fact that MF can be on the frist floor doing custom merch and selling merch while people are giving stuff out for free... it's very impressive

- had a hard time bringing gear back home from event. not sure if that causes friction -- i would love to purchase an NFT that gives me ownership rights for swag
- metadreamer: that could create a lot of logistical challenges
- sky: we all agree, too much consumption in the world. conflict of MF producing stuff into the world -- why are we doing that today and MD explained this.... what metafactory is going to become (net carbon negative possible) ... to achieve what MF could do you have to get the momentum ... use what ppl are familiar with today

(discussing ways to sync digital and physical worlds, how to stay true to mission and brand without creating waste, etc.)

- role of physical clothing will change -- up until today, it is basically our metadata. as that becomes more flexible and immediate and varied through technology, clothing will take a different approach to -- will it be utility, or something else?

- news from snapshot vote and governance: new york proposal has been approved.
- steve: lidar scan (before and after)
- steve: determine what events to have MF presence at is important -- find ways to be at different events, have a trace, doesn't need a huge team or event planning.
