## Abstract
Couple weeks ago we formed a group on party.app, is just a test party I wanna do something fun for us all to learn about it. So I have idea, lets do a M3 swap meet / yard sale
## Specifications
I made a role for everyone that bought a metaverse gang party membership for easier coordination.
- Location: TBD / The Street
- When: Next Sunday 9/4
- Instructions:
1. Send NFT you want to sell to Party App contract address: `0xbDDF3F2e9CDE66Db984C89E7B57b5c111E358da1`

2. Later we create a proposal on party.app to do NFT sale, ETH will go back into the party in which then we can do a distribution (see option at very bottom)

3. Create a stand for the NFT you sent to contract address, templates are provided on Discord and our Sketchfab: https://sketchfab.com/m3org/models
4. You'll be added as collaborator to the world to setup your booth, then make an object or NPC open up the page to where the item can be purchased
## Cosignment
If you don't want to put effort in building the app but want to support, can send NFTs to the contract address for 50/50 cosignment deal if it sells.

> The Cathedral and the Bazaar: Musings on Linux and Open Source by an Accidental Revolutionary (abbreviated CatB) is an essay, and later a book, by Eric S. Raymond on software engineering methods, based on his observations of the Linux kernel development process and his experiences managing an open source project, fetchmail. It examines the struggle between top-down and bottom-up design.

## Sponsorships via NFTs?
Maybe this can be a way ppl can sponsor us with NFTs, but not sure how to loop the incentives for ppl to wanna do that when membership mint is closed
If we did a new party, we could mint a bunch of memberships and hold on to them for new members, so when a new member sends in an NFT, we can send them a membership in return.
**Even distributions?**
Party.app working on streamlining ways of measuring and rewarding value creation tools like coordinape can help produce. Right now crypto distributions are even split between all members, however an initial tx can be sent to a person or team that did more of the building:
so would be 2 txns: example is NFT sells for 1 ETH
1. 0.5 ETH goes to x member who originally sent in the NFT
2. 0.5 ETH get distributed to everyone
I think dework can be a force multiplier / unlock, since it integrates into project management stacks most ppl use discord/github/coordinape, can export CSV from it, but that's extra overhead.
