Back in 2015 two well known JanusVR developers built a virtual conference center for people around the world to connect, interact, share, and learn.

GatherVR was created in May 2015 by two well known JanusVR developers Aussie and FirefoxG, who passionately believe that virtual conferencing will allow people around the world new opportunities to connect, interact, share and learn.


The speaker room was hosted in a separate html connected to the hallway with a janusvr portal. When a person wanted to watch a talk, they could simply click the curtains and walk into the red theatre.


The absolute mad lads thought of the idea and made EVERYTHING in 2 weeks. Check out this highlight reel from the event!
