The goal of this project is to create a 1:1 virtual version of Beeple Studios so that anyone who does a show in the IRL version can immortalize their work digitally and archive it to be able to simulate it later.

Timeline

ETA to be complete before Dec 30th

UV Mapping OF Room

The Beeple Studios Template is setup to render output for the actual room
We need to make a new UV Mapped Export in AE Template, to take existing template and output a 1080p verson that is UV Mapped for the VR Room
Redundant columns can share one UV island
Extend the temnpalate to export "VRChat Formated" output so that it can do yet one more comp, that fits the UV map of the room starting from their template, so that anyone who has done one, can export to VRChat video

CONTENT SPECIFICATION

Frame Rate: 30
Length: 1 minute
Sound: No sound needed. Venue will provide audio during artist’s showcase.
Color Profile & Bit Depth: 8-bit rec709, gamma 2.4, d65 white point.

File Name Template:

deliveryTemplate_artistName_description_vXX.mov
deliveryTemplate: the video surface the file is intended for (‘CL01’, ‘BW’, etc.)
artistName: the name of the submitting artist or studio
description: short description of the file (example: ‘background1’ or ‘loopA’)
vXX: version number. All files must have a version number. Each subsequent file delivery should uptick the version number.
