# General tech specifications
## What are we building?
### 1. Overview
#### 1.1. Product description
This is a landing page builder with the admimistartion interface which based at the [Storyblok](https://www.storyblok.com/). The main task of the product is convenient and quick creation of individual commercial offers (quotes) from a set of ready-made design components.

#### 1.2. How it works?
Each commercial offer (quote) consists of a set of identical content elements (fields). A manager who creates a commercial proposal for a client can select the necessary content types from the library and place them in any order. All design components have one design option. Fields are populated with content directly in the admin panel.

### 2. What types of fields are needed?

* #### 2.1. Project details / About us/ Company overview.

The main and most important things we need for each quote to have fields that team fills up for each unique project.


##### What project details fields must be here:
* Project name
* Project address
* Date of quote
* Expiration of quote or duration of quote- doesn’t matter how we name it
* Customer
* Architect
* Structural engineer
* Dextall’s PM + his contact info(this will be basically that profile we create for each member, its described in point 2.

#### Project specifications
* **Specifications of accessories:**
This can be a field on its own in case we need it for some quotes.

* **Some details of the project:**
This field can be for some specifics for the project, like a sentence or two. It's a field that will be populated with texts.

* **Drawings space**
This a field where must be a possibility to add the images/videos.

* **Price (this is showing in the picture I pluged in here)**
> These numbers will be populated manually or do you want to generate them using different fields?

* **LOW Medium and High:**
This is basically space for 3 different pictures that should be next to eachother and show progression.

* **What's included** (you have the fields needed in the quote for this and the below point)

#### About us / Company overview
Same as website, we want however all data points presented on different pages to look like the one on the About us, with the wheel graphic. We want these various data points to be add ons meaning for each microwebsite we can put different data (depending on what the quote is about).

> *If I understand correctly, do you mean the same data points? We can create a few design options for this type of information that will give you a possibility to choose what you need for the quote.*

* #### 2.2. Team (who prepared the quote)
Here need a template to put in stock profiles of various team members:
for start it possible take Aurimas picture and bio and linkedin link to his profile. Later we will create other profiles so a team member who creates the quote can select the right person.


* #### 2.3. Products
It must be a prefilled template from website. Here's a two products:
1. New construction.
2. Retrofit.

* #### 2.4. Dextall Studio
Here's must be an information from the website.

* #### 2.5. Project Higlights
Here's must be an information from the website.

***The question**: What exactly do you want to add here? Just a links to the latest projects? Or do you want to show pojects directly at the landing page?*

I propose to add just a section, where a manager who will be create a quote, can add a project/s from already existing from the website. Then will appear a preview, and the customer for whom the quote is preparing can click to the project and will see it at the main website.

Here's must be an information from the website.

***The question**: What exactly do you want to add here? Just a links to the featured projects? Or do you want to show pojects directly at the landing page?*

I propose to add just a section, where a manager who will be create a quote, can add a news from already existing from the website. Then will appear a preview, and the customer for whom the quote is preparing can click to the project and will see it at the main website.

* #### 2.7. Data about energy savings
Various data that we have through out the site that we can incorporate to unique situations.

* #### 2.8. Benefits
Here need to add the grid with a text fields like at the BIM Solutin page at the website. The manager have to change the title/description. Also this vontent type must be used for each from 3 of stakeholders:
1. Architects.
2. GCs.
3. BO.

## 3. Additional technical requirements
#### Analytics
Install the analytics for each separate landing page (quote). We can make the website builder like a website, and just connect it to the GA4. Then, you can easily check the analytics inside the GA4 interface. Also we propose install the [Fullstory](https://fullstory.com/). It's a convinient way to check what button at the quote was being clicked.

#### Interactive 3D models
Need to share the 3D models from Dextall Studio using Dextall API. Need have a possibility to show models, to rotate them, etc. Also need to share a numbers from the individual project.

#### Feedback form
Can we think of a way for client to leave questions(or feedback) on the quote and that to be send to us automatically? Im assuming it will work just like a form on a website where someone can ask a question and we receive a submission form?

#### Add an option to extract a PDF (for the web, not print) of the quote
This will be done by internal team, not the client. We sometimes submit quotes in various websites and have to attach PDF file.

### 3.1. List of all techical requirements which must be implemented in MVP version of the microwebsites builder
1. **Entry to the quote occurs after the user enters his email on the main screen.** The system should remember it so that you do not have to enter your data every time you visit the offer again. And login data must be automatically send to Dextall Airtable.

2. **Add Google Map** or another service that give a possibility for showing the building on the map.

3. **Make the dropdown menu (inside the CMS)** for choosing needed content inside the number of content types:
~~"Sectors" at 1.1. "Project details"~~
"Product specifications" at 2.1. "Product specifications".

4. **The BID manager must be able to add an updated version of the quote**, and at the same time the first version must be saved and available via a link-button immediately on the website.

5. **Some fields should have a drop-down menu** so that the manager can select pre-added text options from the drop-down list. This would be really helpful for standardization, for saving the time, avoiding typing or coping mistakes.

6. **Formula for the table price**
It would be great if automatic mathematics could be done here: facade area x subtotal price + tax = total price

7. **Counter for the expiration date**
Instead of "expiration date" must be a counter of how many days are left until the expiration.

8. **Inline table.**
Only one idea is that red circled text could be “active”.

How we will make it?
When a person will click to the button, then the file with the extra table will open.

## 4. Summary
Key task to develop easy in use system for creating the separate landing pages (quotes) for Dextall's client. The main solution that we must to implement is a possibility to easy add and edit all needed fields for the bid.
