* It is my believe that Jonathan is doing very well at this midpoint and therefore I support an offer.

* Jonathan is very productive and making very good progress on his project.

### Communication and collaboration
* Jonathan is a good communicator with only some points to improve. He wrote a post that explains some of the works that he has done and presented it to his team.

### Learning speed
* The task that Jonathan was assigned requires him to learn quite a few new technologies. Jonathan is doing it very well. He is able to quickly grasp new concepts and knowledge.

### Initiative and Independence
* Jonathan is highly motivated and seems to enjoy his work and therefore trys to push himself beyond the initial project scope.

## Please summarize areas for development or any axes where Jonathan could improve.

* Jonathan could improve some of his communication skills. He need to better his way of explaining to other team mates the issues that he is encountering.
