We are going to make a video for our project GAIA (http://www.gaia-fuelcell.eu/) and also for lecture purpose at TUB and TUM. We would like to shown in the video about our basic lab routine for about 2 minutes, with some text tags for further explanation. For the video quality HD is enough.

Since we need scenerios both in TUB and TUM, so that this job requires a trip to Munich. It would be better that we can finish this in one day (morning in Berlin and afternoon in Munich), of course, when the transportation is pratical to make it.

For the video taking we would like to do it in Oct.I wonder if this fits your schedule.

How do you think and it would better that you can provide us a detailed charging list, also your estimated time for processing the video.

For ~~the~~ optimal quality of filming **I** would recommend to spend one day for each location.

I would ask for 600 Euro for filming in Berlin and because of the travel (roundtrip around 9 hours) 200 Euro more (800 Euro) for Munich. **<PUNKT>** ~~which inklusive~~ **This includes** the video recording, audio recording and the fee for the camera and sound ~~equipments~~ **equipment**. 1200 Euro for ~~the part~~ postproduction for one video (within 3 minutes), ~~inklusive~~ **including** video editing, color grading, sound mix; **<PUNKT ODER SEMIKOLON>** ~~which could cost~~ **this would take** around 3 days.

The budget for the music copyright is not ~~inklusive~~ **included**, which could be around 100 Euro for each song.
