# Jabiru Dyne Improving usability involving crosschain transactions with a DAO. # Problem A DAOHaus service DAO has a mechanic that limits spam requets by requiring smol fees to be paid to join a queue for consultations. The DAO wants to be paid in a specific currency on Gnosis chain. There is a multi-step process that **prospective clients** need to follow in order to comply with that process. It involves adding chains to wallets and doings swaps. While this works fine for **degen prospects** the hypothesis is that it is limiting the sales funnel by excluding **normie prospects** who have some great web3 ideas and want to give the DAO some money for consutations, but are unnerved by the multi-step process and give up. # Solution Create a frontend for the consultation queue that allows a Mainnet or L2 user to deposit a tool-calculated amount of DAI or ETH and have the correct fee arrive in the DAO's preferred currency on the Gnosis chain with information to tie it back with the consultation queue request that it funds. Track the consultation queue progress for the user and prompt for additional payments as the project progresses to the consultation and into project execution. # Benefits Lower friction transactions allow the DAO to maintain its pricing policy and increase the number of paid entries to the consultation queue by increasing the number of people comfortable with the transaction process. # Jabiru wha... It means the force of an awkward stork. # Interested? Reach out to **@winevault.eth** on the ETH Online group Discord.
