- Daily standup to make people feel they are in a team and strengthen the relationship.
- How to design communication channel is the most important thing for a remote team, plan meetings, retrospective.

**Q3.** In Korea and Japan, we focus more on hard skills, ex. learning more languages. How do you make your team grow their soft skills?

- Hiring for soft skills. We did a lot of pair programming in our company.

**Q4.** How do you measure **success** for a manager?

- : My measurement is my team.
- : I care happiness of my team members. I measure by how often my team members smile, how close they are.
