# Unusual Incidents Unit v Red_Brrr's SCPF. --- The terms of alliance approved by DeA and the Overseer of the Unusual Incidents Unit. Any Unusual Incidents Unit personnel that breach these terms will be punished. # Hierachy --- On any site or area of Red_Brr's SCPF this is the hierachy in which the Unusual Incidents Unit Follows. The higher they are the more power they have. The Administrator O5 Head O5 Council (can't command department of defense+) Site Director ( can't command Director+) Level 5+ (can't command Director+) Level 4+ (can't command Deputy Director+) Internal Security Department (can't command Deputy Director+) Intelligence Agency (can't command Deputy Director+) Ethis Committee (can't command Squad Leader+) Mobile Task Forces (can't command Agent in Charge+) Department Of External Affairs (can't command Executive Officer+) Security Department (can't command Agent in Charge+) This hierachy can change depending on certain situations. An example will be provided but it is not limited to this example. EX: There is a Intelligence Agency issue with a Unusual Incidents Unit Deputy Director. In this instance the agent can command that individual. OR EX: There is a Unusual Incidents Unit Deputy Director breaking the Code of Ethics. In this instance any relevant Foundation Personnel have command over the Deputy Director only. (A little bit of common sense is needed to determine at what times who takes over.) # Protocols --- RELEVANT PROTOCOL # HOSTILE GOI RAID During a hostile GOI Raid Unusual Incidents Unit personnel under the rank of Agent in Charge are to be at disposal of the 2nd in command of any MTF task force or a higher ranking MTF personnel. During this time Unusual Incidents Unit Personnel are to follow all ethical orders given by appropriate personnel. # CLASS D RIOT During a Class D Riot Unusual Incidents Unit members under the rank of Agent in Charge are at full disposal of MTF Task Force Personnel and SD Personnel ranking Agent+.
