* BE: Page view and form for checkout page

* BE: VAT validation via 3rd party API
* FE: Checkout page (all 3 steps of proceed payment)
* FE: Thank-you message

#### Tue/Wend, December 21/22th
* Testing / Bufixing

#### Final delivery: December 23th
