# Interlay subsquare integration grant proposal

SubSquare is a governance platform designed for substrate based blockchains. We have been working with kintsugi subsquare integration since Mar 2022. This proposal includes the cost details and the services OpenSquare will provide.

## General Request items and services

Generally our fund request include following items:

- Basic setup fee, $10k.
- Monthly maintenance fee $500 - $1000, including the server fee and labor fee for maintenance. The range may change when basic infrastructure and labor cost change in a limited scope.
- Customization fee which depends on the customized feature request from projects.

We will not request customization fee since interlay shares the same code base with kintsugi and we have requested customization fee from kintsugi.

Common services we provide without future customization fees:

- Basic setup of subsquare to support governance business.
- Future common feature improvement and enhancement.
- Bug fix and maintenance.

Common future futures include:

- Chain interactions including proposing treasury spend, seconding a democracy public proposal, voting of Tech. Comm. members, etc.
- OpenSquare other collaboration tools like off-chain voting integration.
- Did login and other solutions which will lead the product to be a web3 apps.
- i18n support.

Notes:
- Monthly maintenance from 03.2022 to 05.2022 is free.
- We request the lowest maintenance fee $500 for the first 3 months(06.2022 - 08.2022).
- we may request future maintenance fee(in the maintenance fee scope mentioned above) quarterly or biannually. The monthly maintenance fee will be $600 for the extra months before 04.2023. It's 25% smaller than that of kintsugi since some work share same labor with kintsugi.
- There will be no double charge from the possible same customization for interlay and kintsugi.
