# Dotreasury integration proposal for both kintsug and interlay

Dotreasury is a treasury dashboard for substrate based chains, and we can check it [here](https://www.dotreasury.com). There will be 2 directions for its development.
1. It will be an Dapp which supports treasury related calls.
2. More statistics data for governance retrospect.

For the integration of kintsugi/interlay, we can implement it as a dashboard in current stage.

## Kintsugi/interlay treasury summary

Treasury analysis of kintsugi/interlay can be divided into output process and income process, same as most substrate based chains.

### Output

The 1st way is treasury proposal, and we can see it with this [subsquare maintenanace example](https://kintsugi.subsquare.io/treasury/proposal/12). The pipeline is `treasury proposal` -> `public proposal` -> `referendum` -> `approved and awarded`.

The 2nd way is direct token transfer by democracy governance, and we can use this [referendum](https://interlay.subsquare.io/democracy/referendum/18) as an example.

### Income

Kintsugi/interlay treasury income can be classified into 2 groups.

#### Slash

- Treasury slash: it happens when a treasury proposal is rejected.
- Democracy slash: it happens when a preimage is invalid.
- Identity slash: it happens when a identity is killed.

#### Inflation

For kintsugi, inflation happens yearly after a specified block height, while 6.7% of the amount will be transfered into the treasury account.

- Income analysis
- User can see the 3 types slash list
- User can see the inflation records to the treasury account
- Outcome analysis
- User can see the treasury propsoal list(I think we don't need the proposal detail page, because we can redirect user to the subsquare detail page).
- Overview
- Income pie chart
- Output pie chart
- Total stacked chart contains weekly income, output and treasury balance.

## Budget

There are 2 proposals.

Notes:

We can choose either #1 or #2 proposal. Note the budget is for 2 chains, kintsugi and interlay together.
