## DcocumentReference
- FHIR DocumentReference旨在提供一結構化描述資訊(meta data)來管理和共享各種類型的醫療文件，包括但不限於病歷、實驗室報告、影像學圖像、手術報告、處方和護理計劃等。它可以儲存醫療文件及多媒體之描述資訊(meta data)，例如文件的類型、建立日期、作者、所屬患者等。
- 利用FHIR DocumentReference，醫療保健系統可以實現以下功能和應用：
-- 文件儲存管理和檢索：可用 documentReference 描述儲存之醫療文件及多媒體資料，並利用其資料元素(data element)屬性進行檢索和管理。如下授權管理:
-- EMR 管理及授權: 透過FHIR DocumentReference，EMR 系統(醫護端電子病歷系統) 可以提供所屬醫院之醫療文件的管理介面。這使得醫生、護士和其他醫療保健專業人員可以更方便地查看和瀏覽患者的文件資訊。並經病患受權同意後，提供給其他服務機構或民眾親友調閱。

## 產生步驟
1. 上傳內容 resources(如 patient, observation, diagnosticReport 等)
- 分別上傳，或 transcation bundle 上傳
2. 產生 Composition
3. 上傳 Document bundle

## 授權 token 規格
- 基於 [IHE IUA](https://github.com/IHE/ITI.IUA)
及 portal 上註冊的 FHIR
- 文件上傳及調閱授權管理(岳勳負責)

## 文件及資料存取之索引
- 基於 FHIR documentReference (**有互通需求**)
-- 由 documentReference.Attachment.url 指定:
--- 1. 調閱 FHIR server 當中特定的 FHIR docment
--- 2. 存取 FHIR server 特定的 resource **及其限制參數**，如:
特定病人之特定文件、問題、問卷、生醫訊號、用藥紀錄、影像
- Attachment.title 指定 url 執行的動作，post,get,put,delete
