## Proxy System
A proxy contract that allows og nft holders to set delegations and handles interactions with the governor.
- (-) must change governor to take votes from two seperate systems
- (-) need two subgraph queries to find all members, check ownership and check vote counts / delegates
- (-) more complicated to calculate quorum / threshold
- (-) full holderbase is caluculated in quorum (needs high participation on day 1)
- (+) original holders only need original nfts
- (+) claiming is optional

## Soul Bound to Token Bound Account
A soulbound NFT that is tied to the token bound account of the original NFT
- (~) confusing for users on secondary collection pages
- (~) requires a claim for original holders
- (~) delegation is hard but ux is workable
- (-) querying actual membership is hard (but replacable with delegation queries)
- (+) works with the current governor system already
