本教師專業成長研究社群，透過分享與討論，促進教師在產業應用技術、課程設計與研究整合上的交流合作。活動聚焦變頻器、風機、工業通訊，以及 AI 預測控制於節能與智慧監控之應用，並進一步延伸至資料中心液冷與熱管理技術的最新發展。社群亦邀請系友王耀駿（Cooler Master 訊凱國際 工程主任工程師）擔任演講者，分享 AI 時代先進散熱與熱管理技術趨勢與應用，協助學生理解資料中心與高功率電子散熱、液冷系統設計及能耗最佳化之需求，並提供職涯經驗分享，強化學生對產業趨勢與職涯發展的掌握。
This Faculty Professional Development and Research Community promotes cross-faculty exchange and collaboration through regular sharing and discussions, strengthening connections among industrial application technologies, curriculum design, and integrated research. The activities focused on the applications of variable-frequency drives, fans, industrial communications, and AI-based predictive control in energy saving and intelligent monitoring, and further extended to the latest developments in data center liquid cooling and thermal management technologies. The community also invited alumnus 王耀駿 as an industry mentor from Cooler Master (Principal Engineer), who shared trends and applications of advanced cooling and thermal management technologies in the AI era. This helped students better understand the needs of data centers and high-power electronics for heat dissipation, liquid-cooling system design, and energy optimization, while also providing career insights to enhance their awareness of industry trends and career development.
