## Last week

Engie:
- project onboarding
- Caught with Lee at Te Matarau to talk about our webinar

Ben:
- Onboarding Engie
- Hui with AML group setup by politician. Includes CEO of Westpac, Real Estate Group.
- A desire to use DI creds for verification
- Fortnightly calls, before end of Dec they're keen to do a whiteboard session with Ahau (potentially Engie and Hamish) to head along.

Jo:
- Met with Nga Manawa yesterday and has a general update for us
- GM is leaving, interim GM in the meantime while they recruit.
- This means the Uia project is going to move to a new entity.
- Ahau project needs to speak to Bill however there's alignment for the Tribal DID project.
- 3D scans of the marae brought up convos of Data Sovereignty and digital assets that have been scanned. Decided it needs to be with an entity at Hangarau not Nga Manawa.
- Hangarau is a newly formed entity, protect the marae and the falls. Tim is a director of this company setup with the hapu and to move Uia into Hangarau.
- Report due in a couple days

- Met with Ngati Tara Tokanui last week. Also in Tauranga Maona/ Whangamata. They are funded.
