## Implement rate-limit for Injective
**Goal :**

Design and implement `rate-limit` module operates on both IBC and Peggy bridges. Its primary function is to limit the amount of assets transfer in/out the chain in the period of time (epoch). This is a safety control, intended to protect assets in the case Injective or couterparty chain has bug/exploit.

**Timeline**
1. Milestone 1 :
**Goal** :
- Design document for `rate limit` module that work on both IBC brigde and Peggy brigde.
- Prototype of this module.
Estimate time : 4 weeks

2. Milestone 2 :
**Goal** :
- Implementation for `rate-limit` module that work both IBC brigde and Peggy brigde.

Estimate time : 6 weeks

** Pricing

We expect 600k INJ foundation delegation for 3 months with 10% commission rate.

This delegation is worth 804.5 INJ (16030$) a month (600k * 16.09% / 12 * 10% ) with current APR (16.20%) and current INJ price 20 $.
