# Mint and Escrow PICA

### Context
When we launch banksy, we mint 1 bilion PICA (without IBC). That token should be handle when IBC connected for ensure no IBC break and we have shared total supply between two chains.

### Solution
- When banksy launch, we need to mint 1B pica in banksy side, and in picasso chain, we send 1B token to a multisig address.
- We need to tramsfer 1 Billion PICA to IBC escrow account when we create IBC connection.
- After that, we only need send 1 bilion banksy to escrow address in banksy. (escrow address in IBC transfer module).
- Use goverment to registry native denom and IBC denom in IBC middleware module.
