/usr/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/check-new-release-gtk

#### 16.04 to 18.04.1

Upgrades from 16.04 LTS will not be enabled until a few days after 18.04.1's release expected in late July.

#### 18.04 is also available today on Microsoft Store
