## President's Report (Alexander Knowles)
* It's been a tremendous year for the club
* Membership is currently sitting at 388
* Event attendance is consistently pretty high
* With Sem 1 Quiz Night attendance still hovering around 100
* Clubroom has been very active throughout the sem
* About to get our 5th PC and reorganise the room over the break as well
* Regarding our competitive side, it's doing well
* We fielded teams in Counter Strike, Rocket League, 2 Valorant teams, and a Marvel Rivals who made it to playoffs but were just eliminated on Tuesday sadly
* We are a fairly amateur in the pro scene especially compared to East Coast teams that are more highly sponsored and supported on average
* This will likely be my last year on committee
* My priority for next sem is to incorporate the club and secure a jersey from UWA Sport

* We have somehow made money since the AGM
* We are in a stable financial position, with a healthy rainy day fund
* With the purchase of our fifth pc, all of our major purchases for the year should be behind us
* I predict we will continue to stay in the black for the rest of the year

## Constitutional Amendments

* Unless anyone has any objections Alexander suggests motioning all the constitutional changes as a block
* Alexander adds that the most controversal amendment may be removing the Immediate Past President (IPP) role as they currently immediately get a vote on committee
* Jasmine adds this is also because currently IPP are immediately appointed as an Ordinary Committee Member without needing to be appointed by anyone (eg. by the Committee or Exec) so if a Committee wanted to remove an IPP regardless of reason they would have to go through the difficult process of removing an Ordinary Committee Member
* Alex says the current plan is to add this IPP role to our By-Laws similar to our current Advisors role

* Geoffrey also mentions motion 10 which allows any financial member present at an election to appeal to guild governance
* Alexander goes through what the rest of the motions are briefly mostly by just reading their title in the proposed amendments document
* No one speaks up against moving the amendments as a block
