## Meeting Agenda:

#### Next week's game nights
* Can run Valorant Nights, Overwatch Nights, Rivals Nights. Any ideas to game nights is welcome.
* Jayden can host Valorant, but Attendance seems low for a bit (no valorant night on monday) -- will not run
* Goober wants to run Marvel Rivals on Thursday

#### Red Bull (and other drinks in fridge)
* Current Plan is to buy 12 pack of redbull from woolies for $24
* Kimi is going to check prices in Costco
* Other clubs sell redbulls, drinks and other energy drinks. They have competitive prices
* Geoff stated to keep free weekly redbull membership until end of membership cycle as that is what we have promised
* Drink options such as Coke classic, Sprite, Fanta, all roughly under $1 per can in packs of 24 (in Costco)
* Alex is in communication with redbull,
* James will continute communicating once he gains access to the UWAES email
* Allocate $100 for drinks
* If it sells quickly, will restock ASAP.
* For now, restock drinks fridge and sell at $1 per can

### Club Finances Report:
Westpac: $350.75
Netsuite Account: $3874.71 (not accurate, Geoff will investigate)
Zeller Account: $20.71, will be moved to Westpac account
Semester 2 Grant: Due 31st October, applying for $2100
Cash: $150, will be moved to Westpac account

#### Spendings:
A bit over $1000 we can spend. Once semester grants comes in, will have approx. $2400 we can freely spend
