This document will briefly explain the ranks of the Unusual Incidents Unit.

# Rank Hierachy

This section will explain the ranking structure of the UIU.

# Probationary Agents
---
**Suspended**:

It's in the name.

**Trainee**:

Trainee rank, not allowed to conduct duties unless given permission by a Deputy Watch Commander+.

**Junior Agent**:

The first official UIU rank, personnel at this rank can conduct some UIU duties. (Must pass a Trainee;Training to get to this rank.)

# Mainforce Agents

**Field Agent - Senior Field Agent**:

The bulk of the Unusual Incidents unit, these ranks have the same duties, SFA have command priority over FA to an extent. (25 XP needed for Field Agent, 40 XP for Senior Field Agent)

# Supervisory Command
---
**Special Agent**:

Personnel at SA are tasked with doing regular duties however they are given the ability to command lower ranks, they are seen as a Medium-Command rank. At special agent you are also able to co-host in patrols. (65 XP Required)

# Upper Supervisionary Command
---
**Supervisory Agent**:

First rank able to co-host in trainings, and host patrols. (95 XP Required, once this is reached you can request to become a SA, this request will have to be approved by a Deputy Watch Commander+ who will add you to a list to be trained.) (maximum of 6)

**Agent in Charge**:

First rank able to host trainings, and moderate the discord. (Must have 130 XP, then you request to become an AIC, your request will have to be approved by a WC+) (maximum of 3)

# Command Ranks

**Deputy Watch Commander**:

Able to host trainings, patrols, and gamenights, handpicked by Watch Commander from the Agent in Charge ranks, must pass a vote from Direct Command+. (maximum of 2)

**Watch Commander**:

Watch Commander is a rank in which this person is the 2nd highest attainable rank without being in a division. To achieve WC you must be a DWC, then a vote will be put on by Direct Command+. (maximum of 2)

# Direct Command
---
**Region Director**:

Selected from Watch Commanders, this is voted on by HICOM. There is not a need to be in a division however it is recommended. There is a limit of how long you can be a Region Director and that is 3 months, after that they will either become a Divisional Director if there is a spot or back down to Watch Commander-Deputy Watch Commander. (1 maximum)

# High Command
---
**Directorate**: The 2nd to highest rank, either overseeing something or tasked with a special duty. (Current maximum of 3)

**Overseer**: Overseer.
